Office Manager
Cassandra is the Office Manager and lead Producer at Shane Cunningham State Farm Insurance Agency. She is a native Oregonian with experience in the insurance industry since 2011. A graduate of Phoenix High School, she was born and raised in Medford.
Cassandra's professional goal is to make every customer that comes to our office a customer for life. Enthusiasm, hard work, and personalized service go into everything that Cassandra does. She prides herself in creating a positive impact as she advocates for the individual needs of each customer. In 2024 she plans to increase her knowledge of health and life insurance products to better serve local families.
In her spare time, Cassandra enjoys puzzles, hiking, art, and spending time with her husband, children, and dog. Her favorite quote is "When it comes to making a big change in your life, you have to want it more than you fear it." ~Unknown

Annelle Tresemer
Customer Service Representative.
Annelle was born and raised in Southern Oregon and graduated from SOU in 2001. She began her career at State Farm in 2001 at the claims office and has worked at State Farm on and off since then; also working in Title and Lending. She has worked with Shane since 2010.
Her hobbies include any outdoor activities - especially camping in her VW Vanagon , crafts, her pets, and her daughter and family.
